Magnificent! A Gothic Birthday Cake a la Grace :)
Hehehhhh! I am sitting here after having a wonderful birthday meal, in glorious company. All morris and ex-morris dancers! Who sang to a very embarrassed me, Happy Birthday in the most amazing range of harmony, for six people! That I really thought deserved applause and gave it.
And a Very Big Thank You to my friend Grace, who made a beautiful gothic birthday cake (follow down the link to see a fantabulous corset cake in the making) http://www.gracecakes.co.uk/. I am looking at it right now, it is far too beautiful to cut!!! (And gave us a lift so we didn't drop it!) :)
Nine swirly bronze candles sit on black icing, with purple swirls and giger like curls with white dots like teeth. I will get one of the photos and post it. A gothic birthday cake. Wow!
You can tell I'm seriously determined to stretch out my birthday, can't you?
And yes, I will get that picture of the cake up!
