Idea in the brain does not equal idea in the flesh...!
Hmmm. When having decided to make sushi for lunch, or attempt to, it might be an idea to let the rice cool down. Although, maybe better to make rice at lunch and then make sushi for dinner. That idea literally pinged just now. Oh. It tasted pretty alright though. :)
