The Music session at Fagans' last night...
was worth going to, but the Gods I am paying for it this morning. I feel like death warmed up. Still :) it was worth it. Great songs, fabulous harmonies, really,really challenging Scottish tunes played at break neck speed. Fwoarrrrrr!!! I needed that. I think one was Miss (not Mrs's) McCleod's and it it's still in my head, making me dance through my daydreams. And so is that song, with the noted harmonies. Hah!

Off to Whitby Folk Festival for the week, on saturday. Anyone going?

Oh yes, I did realised you meant the folk festival but I didn't realise you meant this Saturday until now (sorry hun *silly Yana*)... I was thinking of the one that's at the same time as WGW (31st Oct/1st Nov); I thought you were going to that one as well? Or am I making it up? xxxxxxxxx

*waves hallo back. Nice to have met you at last. Did you say there was storytelling tomorrow? We don't have a boggarts practice. Keep me in touch, I think the next two mondays after this one, we are dancing out in Sheffield, but I'd like to make the storytelling session sometime! Good userpic, too! :)

Yes, tomorrow in the Queen's Head, from eight onwards. There's notionally a theme of Wine, Bubbles and Wine with Bubbles in it, but we're never very compelled to stick to theme. I'd come and pick you up on route, but it's the wrong way from Hilsborough to come up to Walkley, and as good as it is for me, I hate walking up that hill!

I may be in the Devonshire Cat during the day, in which case I'll go straight there. Otherwise if you want to meet up somewhere you know and we'll bimble in together then I can be reached on 0771 909 2513. I normally try and get there a bit early though, so I can pretend I'm running the chaos.

thanks. Sorry to sound soft, but best see how I feel tomorrow. Stil feel like all the energy's been sucked out of me, though only four days at work this week.... cheers, Tim, I'll text or call you. You recovered from Whitby yet?!!
